AGO sweep Anonymo, to ESL Pro League Season 15

The local derby.

The final match.

Despite AGO Gaming dropping Anonymo Esports to the lower bracket at ESEA Premier Season 38 few days ago, the latter managed to rise up to the grand finals against their local rivals, clashing for a direct spot at the ESL Pro League Season 15.

A back and forth start on Dust2 gave AGO a narrow lead at the break, but Anonymo managed to hit the match point first at “15-13”. Two rounds in a row for the former forced an overtime, where AGO Gaming emerged victorious, “19-17”, extending their series lead to “2-0”, as they started the set with a map lead due to coming from the upper bracket. Trading blows in the beginning of Nuke led both teams to a “4-4” scoreline, but instead of a close match, AGO Gaming stormed to win twelve out of the next fourteen rounds, winning the map “16-6” and the entire series, “3-0”.

20000$ and the championship trophy returns AGO Gaming to ESL Pro League, this time in Season 15, while Anonymo Esports have to settle for 12000$ and a spot in the ESL Pro League Season 15 Conference with a chance to enter EPL later this year.
