An Exemplary 2v4 Situation From Jabbi And TeSeS Against Astralis

The day before yesterday, the matches of group C at the ESL Pro League ended. The last day of this group was of great interest because five of the six teams could change their fate by performing well in their match. One of the decisive confrontations was the meeting between Astralis and Heroic, during which an exciting highlight took place.

In the seventh round of the Nuke map, at 4-2, both teams decided to go full buy round. Heroic misplayed the opening, trading three of their players for one offensive player. However, the remaining TeSeS and jabbi would not give up the round. The players split into two different sites, and jabbi made a perfect pick from the secret to the street, making two frags and levelling the odds. Further, TeSeS did not let Farlig into A plant. After planting the bomb, Xyp9x had no chance to win the 1 vs 2 clutch because he was already taken to crossfire. So Heroic won another round, and jabbi got 4 kills. This round turned out to be very important for Heroic, because if they lost, they could lose the economy and pace by losing too many rounds on defence. They finished the half 8-7 and won the map 16-13 to earn a 2-1 series win and finished second in Group C.
