BenchedHeroes will miss the competition due to visa problems with Evgeny Aunkere Karjat and Bugry Calyx Arkyn. However, RMR organizers allowed participation in the championship with only one replacement. Smooya also wished good luck to Illuminar. The Poles are first in line to be substituted as they finished seventh in the fourth qualifier for the RMR tournament.

The European RMR will take place from 4 to October 10th in Malta. Participants will compete for 16 slots at various stages of IEM Rio Major 2022.
