Previously, Rodriguez Santiago received a portion of criticism from fans. The community was dissatisfied with the video from the celebration of the release of the G2 League of Legends roster at Worlds 2022, where the scandalous ex-kickboxer Andrew Tate was seen among the party guests. In the online community, he is known for misogynistic and sexist remarks.

Ocelote has served as CEO of the organization since 2013. Under his leadership, the club has won over 14 League of Legends tournaments, four Counter-Strike: Global Offensive championships and 10 Rainbow Six Siege competitions.
