Mirage's Creator About CS:GO Players: "The Only Thing You Want Is to Add Train, Cache Or Tuscan Because You're Too Lazy"

The creator of the Mirage card criticized professional players.

The developer of the Mirage map, Michael Hule, criticized professional CS:GO players after their opinions about the game update.

I'm so tired of these CS:GO pro players. You've been playing the same damn maps for over 20 years, and now you have a chance to play something new, and the only thing you want is to add Train, Cache, or Tuscan because you're too lazy and uninterested in learning something new.
Michael Hule

We remind you that on November 19, Valve released an update for CS:GO, which, among other things, changed the map pool, replacing Dust2 with Anubis. After that, the developer was criticized by players who did not expect such a solution.

One of them was Nikola NiKo Kovacs.

Why Dust2? And why do you add Anubis instead Tuscan or Cache??? I'd also be glad to see Cobblestone.
Nikola NiKo Kovach

However, the G2 rifler has already corrected his opinion about the new card.

Anubis > Vertigo and Ancient.

But there were alternative opinions. For example, Peter dupreeh Rasmussen was pleased with the changes in the map pool.

Dust2 to Anubis! Interesting! Always fun with new maps and new features.

In addition to the show match at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022, Anubis has already been played in an official match. MIBR and ATK competed on this map as part of the ESEA Cash Cup. An analysis of this game is available here.
