FaZe are through to playoff; BIG leave PGL Major Antwerp 2022

The third day of the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Legends Stage started, and the third team advanced to the playoffs.

In the first match for a spot in the playoffs, Copenhagen Flames faced FaZe. Both teams had 2-1 on their account.

FaZe chose Inferno and couldn't handle the pressure, losing 10 rounds in the first half of the map. After the sides switched, CPH Flames lost confidence, but still won the map 16-13. However, at their pick, the Danes collapsed. In the first half of Ancient, FaZe won 13 rounds, and CPH Flames were unable to return to the game after the sides switched and lost the map 16-13. On the decider, the Danish team could not do anything against FaZe, and the map ended 16-6.

Vitality and BIG faced off in the relegation match.

Mirage, picked by Vitality, ended quickly and the French team won the map 16-9. BIG chose Vertigo and the dominant team changed with the swtich of the sides. This led to overtime, as a result of which BIG finished the game 22-19. Nuke was even more tense, because both sides ended 8-7, and the map continued in overtime. It ended with a quick victory for Vitality 19-17. The best player of the match was ZywOo with a rating of 7.5.
