Fnatic eliminate Wisla Krakow from IEM Katowice

The first match of the lower bracket at IEM Katowice 2022 Play-In has ended, and the first team to leave the event have been decided.

Wisla Krakow faced fnatic. Both teams lost their matches in the opening round.

Wisla Krakow decided to pick Nuke, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. The Polish team didn’t show confidence on the T side and were destroyed after the sides switched. The map ended with a score of 16-4 in favor of fnatic.

Fnatic chose Inferno, and it was a much more competitive map. In the first half, the teams looked equal, and the score was 8-7. However, in the second half, fnatic showed outstanding performance finishing the map 16-12.

Fnatic survive at the event, waiting for their opponent in the lower bracket, while Wisla Krakow are leaving the tournament without a single win.
