Frozen bomber and accurate BOROS - who performed the best at BLAST Major Paris RMR

Frozen bomber and accurate BOROS - who performed the best at BLAST Major Paris RMR

9 days of spectacular matches at the European RMR have come to an end, with many teams surprising us and some disappointing. Today we will focus on the good, specifically on the esports players who performed the best in one category or another, presenting the top three players of the BLAST.tv Major Paris: European RMR A/B 2023 in the categories we have chosen.

Best sniper: hades

Before the past RMR, the Pole hades was mainly remembered for playing for ENCE. He played for the Finnish club for about a year, but it's hard to say he was an outstanding sniper in that roster. However, with his arrival to the mono-national lineup of 9INE - at first, the team gradually improved in their country, and at BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: European RMR B, they didn't lose a single map. And most importantly, hades in 9INE is a real star player. The Pole is the leader in kills with the AWP per round (0.542), which is significantly higher than his closest followers m0NESY and torzsi - 0.464 and 0.442, respectively.

Best rifler: Nertz

It's no secret that after Nertz joined the Finnish club ENCE, the team saw a noticeable improvement. With his arrival, the team was able to secure a 3-4 place finish at EPL S17. Before him, the team was in crisis, and in the 16th season of EPL, they even finished near the bottom of the table. The Israeli player became the leader in kills per round (0.93). The gap between him and the star Monte in the form of BOROS and xertioN from MOUZ wasn't significant - 0.90 and 0.83, respectively.

Best entry fragger: Brollan

NIP continue to be inconsistent, and anything can be expected from the international squad of the Swedish club - from flawless play to disorganized play. Nevertheless, the "ninjas" were able to qualify for the Major. Would they have been able to do it without the entry fragging of Brollan? Unlikely. The Swede's rating of 0.205 can indeed be called impressive. But let's not forget about BOROS (0.181) and device (0.179) - they were the locomotives leading the team. Unfortunately, Ritz will miss the last CS:GO Major - his efforts were not enough to qualify Astralis for the championship.

Best "bombardier": frozen

Slovakian player frozen continues to be a crucial player for MOUZ, but at the European RMR, he stood out not for his lurking skills but for the damage dealt with HE grenades. On average per round, he dealt 7.22 damage with this type of grenade. Thomas and cadiaN were not far behind, also accurately throwing "nades" - 6.88 and 6.70 damage per round, respectively.

Most accurate player: BOROS

Jordanian rifler Monte makes it into the top 3 of our top picks for the third time in a row, but this time as the best in terms of average headshots per round - 0.53. Mohammed's impact on Monte is hard to overestimate, and his ability to find space on any given map may attract the attention of tier-1 organizations looking for players during the transfer period after the major. Also worth mentioning are k1to from BIG (0.52), whose team failed to qualify for the BLAST.tv Paris Major, and b1t from NAVI (0.50).
