G2 go to PGL Major Antwerp 2022; Spirit survive against Endpoint

The third day of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR B has come to a close, and one more team took the spot at the Major.

Firstly, Spirit faced Endpoint. Both teams had 1-2 on their record and were battling for survival. Spirit started the domination on their pick. They seized an early advantage and quickly finished after the sides switched, making it 16-8. Vertigo was much more difficult for the CIS team. Endpoint showed confident performance in the first half. However, Spirit managed to come back and finish the game 16-14.

Spirit stay at the event with 2-2 on their record, while Endpoint leave the tournament.

Secondly, G2 faced Astralis in the battle for the spot.

G2 started the match with a confident performance on their pick, winning it 16-10. However, Astralis destroyed their opponents on the second map 16-7. The last map was close and ended with overtime. However, G2 managed to gain focus and finish the game 19-17.

G2 take the spot at the Major, while Astralis have the last chance to get the slot tomorrow.
