S1mple: "If the Developers Want to Attract a New Audience, They Need to Add Something to the Game"

Remember how, before DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015, the game added the ability to choose, it seems, player stickers for different roles? Everyone chose ScreaM as a "headshot machine." Valve seems to have done this only once. I want more things like this. This will attract more players, like Battle Pass in Dota 2. We need something like that in Counter-Strike.
If the developers want to attract a new audience, they need to add something to the game. Now online is growing, but these figures can be increased by two or three times.
Let us remind you that during DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015, it was possible to participate in the usual Pick'Em Challenge, as well as in CS:GO Fantasy Team.
How did it work?
All players had access to this challenge within the game on the CS:GO Fantasy Team Game page. The first step will be to form your team of 5 players, each of whom will perform a specific role, such as captain, sniper, and others. The selection of players is carried out with the help of the autograph stickers of professionals.
Your chosen player must prove his excellence in his role so that you get points and rise in the global ranking. So, for example, if you put s1mple in the sniper position, and he turns out to be the best in this role during the tournament, your points will go up!
At the end of the tournament, if you get a lot of points, you could get a trophy!
