- Four open qualifier winners
North America:
- ATK
- Squirtle Squad
- Team one
- Winner of the second open qualifier
South America:
- Pain
- Imperial
- Two open qualifier winners
Closed qualifiers for ESL Challenger Rotterdam will be held from September 14 to 18, and the tournament will start on October 14.
