NaVi advance to the playoffs; Bad News Eagles leave PGL Major Antwerp 2022

The last BO3s of the second day of the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Legends Stage came to a close and another team made it to the playoffs.

The first match was a fight for survival between Bad News Eagles and Imperial. Both teams had 0-2 on their score.

The first map was Inferno, Imperial's choice. In the first half, the game was very close and ended with a score of 8-7 in favor of BNE. However, after the sides switched, Imperial had a good level of performance and won the map 16-13. At the BNE's pick, the Brazilians won 10 rounds on the CT side and that was enough to finish the game 16-14. The best player of the match was fer with a 7.2 rating.

The match for the spot in the playoffs was a clash between NaVi and NIP.

It all started with Inferno, where NaVi dominated both halves of the map and finished it 16-6. On Mirage, Natus Vincere also started by seizing the advantage, but NIP returned to the game and finished the map 16-14. However, the Swedes could not show a confident performance in the last game and lost 16-4.

NaVi qualify for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 playoffs, and Bad News Eagles leave the tournament after three consecutive defeats.
