NaVi go to Legends stage; Outsiders qualify for PGL Major Antwerp 2022

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR A has come to a close, and the last spot has been distributed.

NaVi faced forZe in the tiebreaker, deciding the spot in the Legends stage.

The match started with Inferno, picked by forZe. The CIS team started the standoff with a decent performance winning eight rounds on the T side. However, after the sides switched, NaVi took control of the game and quickly finished it 16-10. NaVi chose Mirage and won eight rounds on the T side. In the second half, NaVi finished the map swiftly, making it 16-8.

NaVi take the spot in the Legends stage of PGL Major Antwerp, while forZe will start the Major from the Challengers stage.

At the same time, Outsiders met SAW in the deciding match. The losing team were going to lose the event, while the winner would go to the Challengers stage.

Outsiders picked Dust 2 and lost the first half 9-6. However, in the second half, Outsiders gained focus and finished their pick 16-14. SAW chose Ancient, and after losing the first half, the team destroyed their opponents on the CT side, making it 16-10.

The decider was Inferno, and SAW started the map in a confident style finishing the first half 9-6. Although, Outsiders managed to transfer the game into overtime after the sides switched. The overtime ended in the first series with a victory for Outsiders.

Outsiders take the spot in the Challengers stage, while SAW leave the event one step away from the Major.
