NAVI defeated Spirit in the match for a spot in the playoffs of EPL S17

Spirit now have no room for error in the lower bracket and will have to win two consecutive matches tomorrow, March 19, to also advance to the next stage of the tournament.

NAVI didn't start off well on Anubis, but they managed to hold off Spirit for 5 rounds on defense in the first half. On the second half, the Ukrainian club was able to fully recover, while Spirit only managed a 4-round streak, which brought the map closer to overtimes but without reaching match point.

Nuke was almost a one-sided game for NAVI. Npl's performance was particularly impressive, as his statistics at one point were 13-1 on attack. Spirit's recent lackluster results on Nuke (only 2 wins out of 10) made a loss against NAVI inevitable, who although not very consistent at the moment, are gradually finding their game.

Despite having fewer kills than s1mple, the best player in the previous bo3 was Perfecto with a rating of 6.6 and an average damage per round of 84.

Who will Spirit play against?

Spirit will need to win two matches to also advance to the 1/16 finals along with NAVI. The club will face Astralis, as well as the winner of the Liquid - Rare Atom match. Both matches for Spirit will take place on March 19 at 13:30 and 20:30.
