NAVI Junior advance to WePlay AL Season 2 LAN final

A key match for the playoffs spot.

BIG Academy and NAVI Junior clashed for the third time during WePlay Academy League Season 2, this time, however, with a pair of tickets to the LAN final in Kyiv on the line.

With Dust2 being banned this time, the CIS team opted into a Mirage pick, obtaining a narrow lead after their offensive half. BIG Academy stormed ahead after winning the second pistol round, but could not win consecutive rounds once NAVI Junior had rifles, falling “13-16”. Moving to Overpass, the German team looked prime to equalize, as they had a “8-7” lead before switching to the preferred defence, but NAVI Junior lost only one round down the stretch, securing a “16-9” victory and a “2-0” set win.

With NAVI Junior joining mouz NXT and Young Ninjas at the LAN final, BIG Academy will face off against fnatic Rising to find out who is going to be the fourth team in the playoffs.
