Rumor: Nexa plans to return to the pro scene after inactivity and started searching for a team

26-year-old former captain of OG, Nemanja nexa Isaković, is exploring options to make a comeback to the pro scene in the near future after going inactive in mid-February of this year due to personal reasons. The actual return could take place as early as this summer.

Sources from Dexerto claim that nexa is willing to switch roles from being a captain to something else, although he does not exclude the possibility of becoming an in-game leader in a new team. Nemanja is also contemplating the idea of staying with OG. This option is particularly relevant in light of rumors about the departure of niko, the current team captain, as well as flameZ.

The OG lineup with nexa achieved slightly better results on average compared to the current lineup with niko, securing a 3-4th place at the BLAST Premier: World Final 2022. However, with or without Nemanja, the roster performed equally poorly at the Majors: finishing 17-19th at the IEM Rio Major 2022 and 20-22nd at the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.
