PGL Europe RMR A: Day 1 results

The first day of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR A has come to a close, and the teams have been divided into three groups.

Every team have completed two matches, and three groups have been formed.

NaVi, FaZe, Heroic, and BIG have finished the first day with 2-0 on their record. Every BO1 match they took part in wasn’t difficult except FaZe vs Vitality standoff, which ended 16-14. These teams will face each other in the battle for the spot in the Legends stage at the Major. Two of these squads will qualify for the Legends stage of PGL Major Antwerp 2022.

Vitality, MOUZ, Outsiders, fnatic, SAW, forZe, OG, and Eternal Fire have 1-1 on their record. The teams from the biggest group will face each other in the battle to get to 2-1 and increase their chance to get to the Major.

Dignitas, GamerLegion, QUAZAR, and Unique lost two matches in a row. These teams are one step away from leaving the RMR event without the spot. They will fight each other in the BO3 format for the opportunity to stay at the tournament. Two teams from this group will be eliminated after the second day of the event.

The second day of the European RMR starts today with OG vs forZe and Vitality and Eternal Fire standoffs.
