PGL reveal first matchups of Major Antwerp
Major is coming.
PGL Major Antwerp 2022 is six days away, and PGL have revealed the first matches of the event alongside the schedule.
The first stage of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 starts on May 9th and will be conducted in Swiss format making it 16 matches on the first day of the Challengers stage. The teams will start with 0-0 on their record and will change their statistics with every game they take part in. Teams with three victories on their record advance to the Legends stage, while squads with three defeats will leave the event.
The first standoffs of day one: Vitality vs Complexity, Bad News Eagles vs Eternal Fire, G2 vs Liquid, forZe vs Renegades, Astralis vs IHC, Imperial vs Spirit, MIBR vs Outsiders, ENCE vs 9z. The other eight matchups of day one will be based on the results of the first standoffs.
