Rain to be replaced by jks in IEM Katowice playoff

A few hours ago, G2 reported that their coach, Rémy "⁠XTQZZZ⁠" Quoniam would not attend the IEM Katowice playoff. However, they are not the only team to suffer from COVID-19 problems.

FaZe announced that Håvard "⁠rain⁠" Nygaard would miss IEM Katowice 2022 playoff. Rain was tested positive for COVID-19 at the end of the group and didn’t have enough time to recover. He played the last matches in group B from the quarantine but wasn’t allowed to continue performing in the playoff.

Justin "⁠jks⁠" Savage will replace Norwich rifler. He has already stood in for Robin "⁠ropz⁠" Kool in the early stages of the tournament and proved to be useful, helping FaZe to qualify for the group stage and win the first match of group B.

FaZe are going to face Gambit today.
