Sprout rumoured to sign "flamie"
A potential transfer bomb.
A rebuilding team in action.
Being unable to qualify for PGL Major Stockholm 2021, Sprout, one of the biggest German teams has decided to look to rebuild their lineup moving forward. Missing ESL Pro League Season 15 qualifier combined with a set of the other underwhelming results led to “kressy” being released and the head coach “enkay J” leaving the team after a two year stint.
One of the targets for Sprout is apparently, the ex-Natus Vincere star “flamie”, who is preparing for the Major as an Entropiq substitute player, while being on the NAVI Junior roster for the WePlay Academy League Season 2 Finals. The same playstyle between those two technically allows a solid transition in case the other changes are made as well, as Sprout are known to experiment with the non-German speaking players, as their highest rankings were achieved with “dycha” and “snatchie” in the team, while “raalz” is playing for them right now.
It remains to be seen if “flamie” is going to join Sprout, but if the German team wants to become competitive again in 2022, it is time to make a splash and rebuild everything before the end of 2021 to have a good start to the next year.
