Team Liquid find a win over Entropiq, "2-1" in EPL S14

An important match for the standings.

Team Liquid, who have barely lost to Gambit Esports in the second round, faced off against another CIS team in Entropiq in a must win game for the both sides chasing spots in the playoffs.

Entropiq started strong on their own pick of Vertigo, as they jumped to an early “8-2” lead, but Team Liquid managed to reduce the deficit to one before the switch. Entropiq found an eco round win in the second half, as they retook the lead at “11-8”, but after that it was all Team Liquid, as the North American team ran away with the first map, “16-12”. Another good start, this time on Overpass, gave Entropiq a five round lead at “12-7”, but after that it was all about the favourites, as TL won nine rounds in a row to secure the dub, “16-12”, “2-0”.

Team Liquid will be able to solidify their spot in the playoffs race if they win against Team oNe eSports tomorrow, while Entropiq are going to clash with Gambit Esports in a CIS derby.
