Tricked Esport closes esports department after 11 years of work

Tricked Esport organization announced the closure of the esports department. The club had teams in various disciplines for 11 years. The announcement was made on the company's official website.

Representatives of the organization stated that the closure of the esports department is related to the commercial problems of the scene, which makes it practically impossible to realize the club's ambitions. Players with active contracts will continue to perform under the Tricked Esport tag until the expiration of contracts. The company allowed esports athletes to search for new teams and will not block their transfer. At the time of publication, the organization has signed contracts with CS:GO, FIFA, and Fortnite teams. During the time of its work, the club has earned over $850,000 as prize money.

Tricked Esport Successes

The Danish club achieved its greatest success in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Tricked Esports' biggest win is considered to be a prize for the championship at the V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2019, for which the organization received a prize of $165,000. Tricked has not participated in CS:GO Majors.

Tricked Esports Stars

Over the past 11 years, many professional players in various disciplines have passed through Tricked, but the main stars passed through CS:GO roster. At different times, the honor and prestige of Tricked Esports were defended by: Casper cadiaN Møller, Nicolai HUNDEN Petersen, Rasmus sjuush Beck and Lukas Bubzkji Andersen.

In the past 6 months, several esports clubs have closed: ORDER, Finest, cowana Gaming, eUnited, and Sector One.
