Vitality and Eternal Fire take spots at Major; NaVi and forZe to battle for the Legends stage
Two more teams qualified for PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
The fourth day of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR A has started, and two more teams got their spots in the Challengers stage.
Firstly, OG faced Eternal Fire. OG were clear favorites, but the match started not in their favor.
Eternal Fire picked Vertigo and won seven rounds on the T side. However, they looked much more confident after the sides switched, snatching the victory from OG 16-14. The second was close till the very last moment. Eternal Fire made 16-14 again, eliminating OG and getting the spot in the Challengers stage of PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
Secondly, Vitality encountered MOUZ. The match started with Nuke, picked by MOUZ, and their domination in the second half of the map. MOUZ finished their pick 16-13. However, Vitality showed impressive performance on the CT side of Dust 2, winning the map 16-11. On the decider, Vitality dominated, but MOUZ started to come back at the end of the game. Although it was not enough, and the map ended 16-13 in favor of the French team.
