OG sweep VP to start their EPL S14 campaign

Second match, first sweep of the day.

Virtus.pro, one of the top sides from CIS, opened their campaign at ESL Pro League Season 14 against OG, the European mix seeking the siimlar success to their Aegis winning Dota 2 lineups.

Back and forth on Mirage, things looked up for VP after the switch, but a well-timed eco execute by “Aleksib”’s troops turned the entire economic situation on its head, as OG ran away with their comfort map pick, “16-11”. Switching to Dust 2, a well-known map for both squads, it was once again OG in control of their defence, winning ten rounds before the half time. There was no comeback in store either, as the European team closed the map in few minutes after that, “16-6” to win the series, “2-0”.

Tomorrow OG will face G2 Esports, who suffered a surprising upset loss to Sinners Esports, while VP are going to clash against forZe in a CIS derby.
