AGO stops esports operations

The AGO organization announced a temporary suspension of its esports activities, including the Counter-Strike and League of Legends divisions. AGO, which entered the CS:GO scene in 2017 by signing a lineup including Michał "snatchie" Rudzki, Tomasz "phr" Wójcik, and Damian "Furlan" Kisłowski, made this decision after six years of active participation in gaming.

Over the years, the AGO team underwent numerous lineup changes, featuring notable Polish players such as Maciej "F1KU" Miklas and Szymon "kRaSnaL" Mrózek. During this period, the team achieved several significant victories, including the ESEA Season 26 Global Challenge and Play2Live Cryptomasters, as well as a second-place finish at WESG 2018.

Despite attempts to refresh the lineup in 2023 with international players, success was limited, leading to the departure of most players by the end of the year. In their statement, AGO emphasized their passion for developing the Polish esports community and their intention to focus on finding and developing young talents in the future.

Currently, the AGO roster includes the following players:

  • Vilius "tAk" Keserauskas
  • Filip "DEPRESHN" Jarkić
  • Mykola "miNirox" Mykhalkov (coach)
