Rumor: Sprout has finalized their fifth player after a series of tests

Former Cloud9 Academy and SG.Pro player Daniil alpha Demin may become a full-fledged player for Sprout. According to insider OverDrive, the 18-year-old esports athlete has undergone a test with the European organization.

The only remaining question is who will become the captain of Sprout. In the spring, the team initially tried refrezh in the captain's role, and after his benching, they signed Australian player AZR, but he only stayed in the lineup for a month and a half. Considering that the tests in Sprout were previously conducted with the in-game leader fear, it is most likely that this role will be given to the young newcomer. However, there are simply no "not young" players in the German club's lineup - only one sniper, XELLOW, is over 20 years old.

Nevertheless, if we only consider individual performances, alpha is at least on par with his predecessors.

alpha has been standing in for Sprout since the beginning of May, and his most significant achievement in three tournaments so far is a 5th-6th place in the ESL Challenger League Season 45: Europe.
