B1ad3 named the only one drastic disadvantage Anubis has

NAVI’s coach Andriy B1ad3 Gorodenskiy shared his opinion about a new map in competitive map pool, where Natus Vincere won two matches in a row.

This map in terms of balance is very similar to Cache. It is the simplest map that is liked by all teams because it is very easy to play. The only downside is that terrorists automatically gain control of the map. They don't have to do anything for this. The CT simply responds to events.

B1ad3 confirmed that they won't choose Anubis as their first pick in the map veto, but NAVI is ready to play it. The team's coach sees potential in this map in terms of tactics on both sides and noted that it needs to be played. In his opinion, three pracs are enough.

On Anubis, NAVI have already beaten Complexity and Liquid, against whom the Ukrainian club had a short lose streak. The next opponent of NAVI at IEM Katowice, G2, played that map twice by winning the match in both cases.

We should also remember that in the Play-In of IEM Katowice, Anubis, Inferno and Mirage were chosen more often(7 times) than Ancient (only 2 times).
