Bad News Kangaroos become the final participant of ESL Pro League Season 19

The team Bad News Kangaroos earned the right to compete in ESL Pro League Season 19 after winning the ESL Pro League Season 19: Oceanic Qualifier. Their path to success was confident, as they won all their matches without losing a single map, including the final against their main competitor in the tournament - team Rooster.

At ESL Pro League Season 19, which will take place in Malta from April 23 to May 12, Bad News Kangaroos will perform as underdogs. Their goal is to demonstrate competitive gameplay and try to win at least one map against experienced teams from various regions.

In addition to Bad News Kangaroos, the last closed qualifiers for this prestigious event were won by PERA, Sharks, and Imperial. These teams joined the 28 previously known participants.

The total prize pool for ESL Pro League Season 19 for 32 teams is $750,000, and the winner will receive not only a cash prize but also a slot at IEM Cologne 2024. Participation in such a large-scale tournament is a significant achievement for Bad News Kangaroos and an opportunity to demonstrate their skills at an international level.
