Despite having a one-map advantage due to reaching the final through the upper bracket, BIG Academy displayed confident gameplay and strategic thinking, securing their victory. They will now join the ranks of strong competitors such as Monte, Apeks, and 3DMAX, and have the opportunity to compete with the best teams on the scene.
At ESL Challenger League Season 47: Europe, BIG Academy will be the only academic team, which is a significant achievement. Previously in season 45, Team Spirit Academy played, but the core of that team was promoted to the main team, so now it is Spirit performing there.
It is worth noting that even if they win a slot in the ESL Pro League, BIG Academy will not be able to participate in this tournament due to a direct invitation to the main team of the organization, which is an ESL partner.
