Bymas, FlameZ, And W0nderful Could Get Into the NAVI Academy In 2020

During NAVI Youth, when Amiran [ami] and I were recruiting players, I spoke with Bymas and flameZ. There was a chance that we would play together, and they even agreed to learn the language. We also tested Igor w0nderful, but there was a moment with VAC blocking.

NAVI Academy Is the Best On the Scene

NAVI has the best academy in CS:GO. The club has problems with it, but they are related to out-of-game issues, so they should not be considered. Natus Vincere Academy is divided into two divisions: NAVI Youth and NAVI Junior. The first team works with nearly 12-year-old children and looks for talents before they come to the pro stage.

On the other hand, NAVI Junior is the main part of the academy, from which players are sent to the active roster of NAVI or free swimming. And the academy has already proven its effectiveness.

NAVI Regularly Puts Young Players On the Tier-1 Scene

Four graduates from the NAVI academy are already playing on the tier-1 stage: Ilya m0NESY Osypov, Valery b1t Vakhovsky, Andrey npl Kuharsky, and Daniil headtr1ck Valytov. Yes, headtr1ck hasn't found a team yet, but apparently, NIP is about to announce their new sniper.

NAVI Does Excellent Selection Work

And it seems that NAVI owes this result to Amiran and Rekhvyashvili, who conducts good selection work. He saw talent in Aurimas Bymas Pypiras, Shakhar flameZ Shushan, and Igor w0nderful Zhdanov two years ago. Now they play in the best teams in the world, which speaks of his expertise.
