Starting from CCT East Europe Season 3, all tournaments of the Champions of Champions Tour series will be held on Counter-Strike 2. The first match on the new version will be a meeting between Sprout and Verdant, which will take place tomorrow, October 14, at 12:00 EEST.

GRID tournament manager Fabian Logemann gave a comment to HLTV about the transition to Counter-Strike 2:

The transition is being made at this point now that all internal processes are updated to provide the best possible team and viewer experience, as well as deliver the data quality standards our partners have come to expect of us.
