Today, the American organization Cloud9 won BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023 and thus secured their place at BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023.
In the final game of BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023, the Cloud9 team defeated the German organization BIG with a score of 2:0 on maps.
The first map of the confrontation was Ancient (the peak of the BIG team). It was quite a sweaty map, but still Cloud9 won it with a score of 16:13.
And Cloud9's peak was already the Anubis sand map, where they gave BIG one less round to win than the last map and won it 16:12.
What the result?
Cloud9 took first place and earned:
- $20,000
- Slot on BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023
- 1,000 BLAST Premier points
Team BIG, on the other hand, finished in second place and earned $12,500 and 600 BLAST Premier points.
