Complexity and Mythic Launch NA Revival Cup Ahead of IEM Dallas

Complexity and Mythic have joined forces to announce the NA Revival Cup, an online tournament set to ignite the North American Counter-Strike scene. The cup, featuring a $5,000 prize pool, is scheduled for May 16th-18th, serving as a prelude to IEM Dallas 2024.

This initiative comes as a response to the postponement of Jason Lake's NA Revival LAN, which is now slated to occur after IEM Dallas. The online cup aims to maintain competitive momentum in the region, which has seen limited activity since the last ESEA Cash Cup four months ago.

The format of the NA Revival Cup mirrors that of previous Mythic Cups, incorporating a one-day open qualifier that will allow two teams to join six top North American teams that have been directly invited. Interested teams can sign up to participate in the qualifiers via the provided link.

In a recent post, Complexity hinted at additional events in the pipeline, suggesting that the revival efforts for North American Counter-Strike are far from over. This move has been supported by Lenovo Legion, with Complexity expressing gratitude towards their sponsorship and encouraging the community to support those who invest in the esports ecosystem.

As the date approaches, fans are encouraged to tune in and show their support for the revitalization of NA CS, promising intense competition and showcasing upcoming talent in the region.
