dev1ce on the departure of blameF and R0nic

Danish esports giant Nicolai dev1ce Reedtz confirmed the departure of star riffler Benjamin blameF Bremer and coach Mathias R0nic Pinholt on his X(Twitter) page. The news comes after weeks of speculation following Astralis' disappointing performance at the recent RMR tournament, where they failed to secure a spot at the Copenhagen Major.

A lot of news today, it saddens me that both @blameFFFFF and @R0nicCSGO are not a part of the journey anymore.. I learned a lot from Benjamins work ethic and he is one of the funniest guys I have played with, best of luck in the future

BlameF, considered by many to be one of the best players in the world, leaves a significant gap in Astralis' firepower with his departure.

R0nic, who joined Astralis as an interim coach in July 2023, was also fired after failing to revive the team's success. The search for a new coach has already begun and Astralis needs to find a suitable replacement to lead the team forward.

This roster reshuffle marks a major moment for Astralis, who have dominated Counter-Strike for much of recent times. With blameF's departure, the team loses a true star player and is now under pressure to find a suitable replacement and rebuild a winning team.
