Cloud9 CEO Jack Etienne spoke about his experience working with the CS: GO team. The organization is lucky, as the whole roster is friendly and hardworking, in his opinion.

We have great guys who speak English very well. We managed to have a couple of meaningful conversations over dinner. They are humble, friendly, and hardworking guys.

Several colleagues said the club was lucky with this squad after the deal. The players continue to work hard, and that is admirable. I won the lottery, and these guys are so amazing.

C9 CEO also told about the process of moving the team to Europe:

The process of moving the roster to Europe went according to plan. The team has received Visas and other documents, and the players will perform on European servers. They have a boot camp. We will be in this region and play against the strongest representatives of the pro scene.

You have to train with the best if you want to develop. Therefore, until the circumstances of the competitive environment change, we will play in Europe.
