Eternal Fire beat Ninjas in Pajamas in the first round of PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR A

Today, the Swedish organization Ninjas in Pyjamas started their PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR A campaign. In their first match, they faced opponents from Eternal Fire.

Contrary to all expectations, Ninjas in Pyjamas were unable to properly prepare for the main tournament of the year, while Eternal Fire looked very strong and promising.

The match was played in a BO1 format on the Overpass map. After 24 rounds played, the Turkish organization managed to snatch the victory with a score of 13:11.

This victory gives a good boost to Eternal Fire. But NiP clearly needs to get their act together and show what they are capable of. You can find detailed statistics of the match here.

It is worth reminding that PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR takes place from February 14 to 24 in the capital of Romania, Bucharest. The tournament does not have a prize pool, but 8 teams out of 32 will advance to the main stage of the tournament.
