ex-FURIA player leaves Case CS2 roster

Brazilian esports organisation Case, owned by the famous football player Casemiro, has announced that Lucas "honda" Honda is leaving the Counter-Strike 2 roster.

The Brazilian has spent the last few months on the bench, but honda's contract expired yesterday, and he officially became a free agent. The player spent almost two years with Case, played many tournaments and was even close to reaching the Major.

At the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR, the team took 9-11th place, stopping a few steps away from the coveted sixth place, which allowed them to enter the PGL Major Antwerp 2022. This was the highest achievement for Honda as part of Case.

Lucas is only 23 years old, but there are fears that he has already passed the peak of his career when he played for FURIA for a few months. As part of the main Brazilian team, he even won the Elisa Invitational Summer 2021 and attended IEM Cologne 2021. However, the fairy tale did not last long, and he was replaced by André "drop" Abreu.
