Falcons Esport recently updated their behind-the-scenes look at their PGL Major Copenhagen qualifiers, "Pursuing The Dream Chapter 3: Trust the Plan, Trust the Process," after receiving significant community backlash. The controversy stemmed from the documentary's unflinchingly candid portrayal of the team, particularly sections where player BOROS faced harsh criticism from teammates over his in-game performance and decision to change his mouse.

In response to the criticism, Falcons have removed substantial portions of the video that focused on the critique of BOROS. Originally, the documentary dedicated four minutes to showcasing zonic and Magisk's intense reprimand towards BOROS—a choice that many found questionable.

Community members expressed shock that no one within Falcons Esport considered the potential negative impact of airing such internal tensions, especially during a pivotal moment in BOROS's career. Critics argued that the scenes depicted the team in a negative light, suggesting a lack of support and unity at a time when it was most needed.

Jacob “Pimp” Winneche, a respected figure in the Counter-Strike scene, took to Twitter to commend the documentary's original content, stating, "This is fantastic content." He acknowledged that while some may find it uncomfortable to watch, it didn't cross any lines for him. Winneche highlighted the competitive nature of esports and praised the documentary for providing a rare glimpse into the high-pressure environment of professional gaming. He argued against the community's quick judgment, suggesting that most critics lack the insider perspective necessary to fully understand such situations.

Conversely, Patrik "Zero" Žúdel also tweeted expressed disbelief that no one within Falcons considered the potential negative impact of airing the footage. He criticized the decision to include scenes of the team collectively expressing frustration towards BOROS, suggesting it depicted the team negatively and could harm the rookie player's confidence.

Moreover, the absence of intervention from leadership figures within the team—specifically the coach and psychologist—was notably criticized. Commentators believed that this lack of action only exacerbated the situation, potentially harming BOROS's confidence and the team's overall morale.
