In a tense finale at The Warehouse in Toronto, FLUFFY AIMERS took their third LAN win. Their final match against For Fun resulted in a thrilling run that saw them crowned champions of one of the biggest LAN events in Canada. The tournament was packed with 32 teams competing for a $6,000 CAD prize.
FLUFFY AIMERS overcame their opponents with ease, earning a 2-0 victory over their opponents. Their path to the finals looked bleak, but Team For Fun faced significant challenges, defeating Strife and Walmart Door Greeters in intense matches.
Team For Fun took the lead early on, winning in overtime on their Nuke map with a score of 19-17. However, FLUFFY AIMERS quickly rallied on the next map, Mirage, finishing the game with a score of 13-8. On the Anubis map, where FLUFFY AIMERS were able to recover from a 6-12 deficit, they were able to win in overtime with a score of 16-14.
