GuardiaN and friberg will play at BLAST The Draft: Season 1

Two renowned professional Counter-Strike players, Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács and Adam "friberg" Friberg, have joined the participants of the BLAST The Draft: Season 1 tournament. This event, bringing together teams from India and Pakistan, promises to be a significant challenge for all participants who usually don't often compete at such high-level tournaments.

BLAST The Draft: Season 1 is a tournament that includes a qualifying stage for teams from India and Pakistan. A total of 64 teams will participate in this competition, battling for a spot in the group stage.

The group stages of the tournament will feature round-robin matches among six teams from each region, with only the top three teams from both regions advancing to the "Super 6" final stage. This stage of the tournament will take place in Malaysia, and its unique feature is that each team will have a game legend chosen to participate in the LAN.

At BLAST The Draft: Season 1, teams will compete in a double-elimination format for a total prize pool of $50,000. The names of four more legends will be announced later.
