HEN1 and felps officially joined Imperial, VINI becomes the new captain

Brazilian club Imperial has unveiled its revamped roster, signing two former players from MIBR and Fluxo, and entrusting the captaincy to Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo. The transfer news was announced on the organization's Twitter.

The two new players are Henrique "HEN1" Teles and João "felps" Vasconcellos, who will replace the previously departed Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo and Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes, who joined FURIA.

Their first tournament with the revamped roster will be IEM Cologne 2023, starting on July 26th, where the team will begin their performance from the Play-In stage.

It's worth noting that at prestigious tier-1 international tournaments, the team has rarely placed higher than 13-16th. An exception was their 9-11th place at the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and reaching the top 4 at BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023.
