What did YEKINDAR and D0cC do to deserve the MVP award at RMR championships in their regions, according to viewers?

A new article on the official BLAST website tells the story of the MVP award winners for RMR championships in various regions, as determined by viewer voting!

So, the voting results showed that YEKINDAR won the MVP award for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: American RMR, while D0cC came out on top and was awarded MVP for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: Asia-Pacific RMR!

Why YEKINDAR?

First, it's worth noting that Marek YEKINDAR Galinski finished the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: American RMR with the best rating among his teammates.

Recall that Liquid took 3rd place in the tournament, which secured their place at the last major in CS:GO - BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, as contenders. We invite you to take another look at the distribution of places in the championship:

It's also worth mentioning that Marek became the best entry-fragger during the American RMR, winning the most first kills in rounds.

However, when it comes to the overall number of kills among all tournament players, YEKINDAR finished in a distant 11th place.

Let's go over Liquid's matches!

Liquid started the tournament with an easy win over 00NATION, where our hero played averagely.

Next up was a match against the Brazilians from FLAMENGO, whom Marek simply dominated on the map, achieving an impressive rating of 8.9.

The following match was against the Brazilian powerhouse, which Liquid lost, with YEKINDAR having a particularly poor performance, playing worse than anyone else on the server.

And the last match for Liquid to qualify for the Major was against NOUNS, where YEKINDAR saved his team by getting an impressive 68 frags in 3 maps!

Considering all the facts presented above, it cannot be confidently said that Marek YEKINDAR Galinski deserved the MVP award from the viewers.

Perhaps he simply has many fans from the American region, which helped him get the award!

Introducing the MVP of BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: Asia-Pacific RMR - D0cC, a regular Twitch streamer

Let's start with the fact that Shuaib D0cC Ahmad is a regular guy from FPL who, along with his friends from the league, formed a team called TWISTED MINDS.

Shuaib had quite a few opportunities to play against the best players on the planet in FPL. And now, having assembled such an individually strong stack, they should conquer the professional scene!

And what happened?? Unfortunately, TWISTED MINDS failed to qualify for the Major, as they were simply outplayed by better-prepared teams from Asia, although the FPL players managed to knock out a couple of teams from the championship.

Why D0cC?

Firstly, the Dutchman took 4th place in the top of all players purely by rating!

And also, he was just one-tenth short of being named the "best player on the team."

But it should be noted that Shuaib D0cC Ahmad made it into the top three players with pistols at the tournament!

D0cC had both completely unsuccessful games, such as in the match against THEMONGOLZ, where the Dutchman played worse than anyone on the team and finished the map with a rating of 5.1:

But D0cC also had very productive matches, such as the game against ERUPTION.

In summary, TWISTED MINDS team took 4th place in the championship and unfortunately miss out on the next CS:GO Major!

And what about the MVP for Shuaib D0cC Ahmad? We believe that this is not a very objective assessment since there were players who played better than the Dutchman.

However, this is the decision of the viewers, and in particular, the fans of D0cC who wanted to make him the MVP, so it is what it is!

The qualifications for the last CS:GO Major are already behind us! We just have to wait for the start of the BLAST.tv Major Challengers Stage 2023, which will begin on May 8th and retire the game to rest.
