The ESL Challenger League Season 47: South America is starting, opening a new chapter in the history of regional esports. The launch of the online tournament, which will last from February 12th to June 9th, marks an important expansion of the ESL Challenger League, which now covers South America, alongside Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania.

Teams from South America, including well-known groups such as Imperial9z, and MIBR, will compete for a share of the $60,000 prize pool and two slots in the ESL Pro League Season 20 with a prize pool of $750,000.
