Kairi has become the new coach of NAVI Junior

The Natus Vincere organization has introduced the coach for the previously announced English-speaking lineup of NAVI Junior. The position has been filled by 35-year-old Spaniard David "Kairi" de Miguel. A statement from the organization regarding the appointment:

We are confident that Kairi's rich gaming experience and professional skills will help nurture a new generation of young champions in the English-speaking roster of NAVI Junior, who will stand alongside the best graduates of the club.

As a player, Kairi played for teams like x6tence, k1ck, PENTA, Team Heretics, and MAD Lions. Throughout his career, the Spaniard attended several S-tier tournaments but never managed to achieve significant success at them. As a coach, Kairi worked with GTZ, Caronte, and Iberian Family, where he crossed paths with the current ENCE player Álvaro "SunPayus" García.

NAVI has proven time and again how effective their young talent development system is. Graduates of the youth system often continued their performances in renowned teams and showcased themselves at the highest level.

In the past, players like Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovsky (NAVI), Alexey "Topa" Topchienko (IKLA), Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov (G2), Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov (Ninjas in Pyjamas), and Andrey "npl" Kukharsky (B8) have played for NAVI Junior.
