Liquid defeated Forsaken on their way to the semi-finals of the BLAST Showdown

In the BLAST Premier: Fall American Showdown 2023 match, Liquid managed to secure a victory against Forsaken, albeit not without difficulties. The encounter ended with a score of 2:1. Liquid advances to the tournament's semi-finals, where they will face Party Astronauts.

Forsaken chose the first map, Inferno, which turned out to be in less than optimal condition for them. Liquid simply dominated their opponent, winning 11 rounds on the attack and bringing the overall score to 16:8. Mirage, surprisingly, was more evenly matched, as it went into overtimes, with Forsaken ultimately clinching the victory in a close contest. Overpass resembled the first map: Liquid secured seven rounds on the attack and won 16:9.

The winner of the BLAST Premier: Fall American Showdown 2023 will advance to the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023, which will take place in Copenhagen and have a prize pool of $425,000. Participating teams include Ninjas in Pyjamas, Heroic, Natus Vincere, Vitality, FaZe and Astralis.
