Liquid part ways with FalleN

Liquid have benched Gabriel "⁠FalleN⁠" Toledo in December 2021, but today his stint with the American organization has been officially over with the contract termination.

FalleN had joined Liquid in January 2021 and spent a year with the team. Throughout the year he took part in 16 events, 4 of which were held online. Brazilian AWPer earned one trophy with Liquid winning cs_summit 8, and the second-best result of the team was at IEM Katowice 2021, where the team took 3-4th place.

Throughout the stint, fans saw FalleN’s shape decreasing as statistics were showing this. The results of the team had started to fall since the win at cs_summit 8, which was held in May. According to rumors, the management decided to disband the roster after PGL Major Stokholm 2021, and the team was already dead before the official announcement. Liquid shined at the last tournament of the year taking fourth place at Blast Premier World Final 2021.

But what about FalleN’s future? According to rumors, the legendary player is currently building his own Brazilian team, which will be called Last Dance.
