Streamer Nikola Lobanjica Mijomanović revealed that fans of CS2 should expect some announcement after the conclusion of PGL Major Copenhagen 2024. The content creator shared the information on his personal page on X (Twitter).
However, Lobanjica did not specify whether he was talking about Valve's plans, some other party, or his own personal news.

Earlier, Mijomanović stated that anti-cheat is presumably not going to be used at the RMR tournaments before the upcoming PGL Major Copenhagen 2024. These statements were soon refuted by the community on X (Twitter), as users pointed to the open qualifiers page for the major, where participants are required to install additional protective software.
PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 is scheduled for March 17-31 in Denmark. 24 teams from the RMR qualifying tournaments will compete for a prize pool of $1.25 million.
