MAJ3R: "Chinese teams are underrated"

Eternal Fire captain Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli shared his thoughts on the level of Chinese teams before the ESL Pro League Season 18 playoffs against Liquid.

In the interview with ESL, the Turk noted that he considers the level of Chinese CS:GO to be good and underestimated. MAJ3R gave the example of Lynn Vision, which conducts good preparation for matches. However, according to Engin, Chinese teams lack experience.

The Chinese teams are maybe underrated. They play a good CS, to be honest. I will give you an example. I watched the match on Vertigo against 9INE. And they [Lynn Vision] did exactly the same tactic that I created on Vertigo. These guys are playing, also preparing matches, also creating strats. I think Chinese teams are underrated, they just lack experience.

Lynn Vision took 6-7th place in Group D at the EPL S18. The Chinese lost to G2 and Liquid twice, but managed to beat 9INE with a score of 2:1. Another Chinese team, 5yclone, finished Group C in fifth place, losing the playoff match to 9z.
