FaZe Clan, CPH Flames improve to "2-0" at the Major

One more win is left to get.

The influx of results from the second round.

With the exciting opening day of PGL Major Stockholm 2021 getting close to the end, most teams have already gone through their scheduled games in the first stage of the biggest event of the year.

Unexpectedly for the most, FaZe Clan decided to veto Mirage and opt into a game of Dust2 against ENCE Esports, loading the map for the second time in Sweden. A back and forth first half allowed FaZe Clan to switch with a narrow “8-7” lead before winning the second pistol, but a deagle round turned the game completely around. The Finnish organization retook a lead at “12-10” and looked to run away with the map, but FaZe Clan won six in a row to close the second game of the day, “16-12” to improve to “2-0” on the day.

Copenhagen Flames looked to extend their winning streak in best of ones, facing another European team in BIG, as the Danes got to a monstrous “13-2” lead on Nuke at halftime. The German team did not tap out, however, as BIG got to double digits before Copenhagen Flames managed to finally cross the finish line at “16-11” to get their second victory on the opening day.
