Monte took second place in CCT North Europe Series 7, losing to BIG

BIG became the champions of CCT North Europe Series 7, handling Monte easily in the finals. The Berlin club's prize money increased by $22,000.

In the last two CCT tournaments (East Europe 1 and Central Europe 7), Monte were stopped in the quarter-finals, but this time it didn’t happen - the team reached the final, first winning against Preasy, almost taking one of the maps with a substitute named LMBT, and then against Bad News Eagles.

However, in the decisive match against BIG, the game didn't go well for the Ukrainian team, and the German club won 2:0 – Vertigo 16:8, Anubis 16:11.

One of the factors of Monte's not-so-great performance might have been an illness of the captain, Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev.

We lost the CCT final against BIG, they played well, gg. I've been sick for a week, for the second time this month. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for a check-up. I hope everything gets back to normal soon.

Regardless, the MVP of the match was Karim “Krimbo” Mussa with a rating of 7.3. However, David “prosus” Hesse has almost identical stats and also won two clutches.
